Bangkok.<\/strong> launched in Thailand earlier this year, the BMW XM 50e still retains the expressive style, luxurious comfort and superior performance that are unique to the XM family. Its powerful plug-in hybrid drive system with the M TwinPower Turbo Inline 6-cylinder petrol engine provides convincing dynamics with impressive efficiency. The special and more affordable M Sports Activity Vehicle model will be available with a range of customisable options for customers to choose from.<\/p>\n\n

The exterior design of the all-new BMW XM 50e is a statement of exclusivity, presence and performance just like its sibling. The proportions of a modern SAV, powerful contours, a dynamically stretched silhouette,M-typical design cues, a reworked interpretation of the front-end look created for BMW\u2019s luxury-segment models and a host of distinctive accents give the XM a singularly extrovert aura. M-typical design elements give it a bold and confident appearance, heightened by split headlights, an \u2018Iconic Glow\u2019 kidney grille, and continuous contour lighting. On the side, a colour strip reminiscent of the one on the BMW M1, adds to the striking appearance. The BMW XM\u2019s design also incorporates nostalgic features such as BMW emblems etched into the rear window and sculpted rear lights. Details in black high gloss and a black accent band create striking contrasts.<\/p>\n\n

The all-new BMW XM 50e displays the power it contains from the very first metre, with the M TwinPower Turbo Inline 6-cylinder petrol engine and M Hybrid drive system delivering a system output of 350 kW\/476 hp and 700 Nm of torque, demonstrating confident performance from the very first metre. As a result,the BMW XM 50e needs just 5.1 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 km\/h. The M Hybrid button on the centre console is used to select one of three operating modes, including an ELECTRIC setting for cruising with zero local emissions, delivering maximum power at 145 kW\/197 hp and peak torque at280 Nm at speeds of up to 140 km\/h. This is thanks to the lithium-ion high-voltage battery mounted in the car\u2019s underbody and the 29.5 kWh of usable energy it provides.<\/p>\n\n

The M xDrive technology ensures that power is effectively transferred to the road and elevates driving dynamics. The Adaptive M Suspension Professional provides sporty handling without compromising on comfort for drivers. Additionally, Driving Assistant Professional with Active Cruise Control featuring the Stop&Go function not only maintains the desired speed and distance to the vehicle in front, but also keeps the vehicle on track with steering interventions. For maximum comfort, Parking Assistant Plus also makes parking and manoeuvring the vehicle easier.<\/p>\n\n

On the inside, the all-new BMW XM 50e boasts striking design and exceptional levels of comfort. The cabin is decorated with M Interior Trim Finishers \u2018Carbon Fibre\u2019, while the M Leather steering wheel and M seatbelts provide passengers with a sporty and sleek feeling. The sculptural headliner is quite unique, with its three-dimensional prism structure, photo mount-style border and 100 LED units for illumination. The BMW Individual instrument panel finished in leather offers an eye-catching and extravagant design for the interior. Ambient lighting, four-zone automatic climate control, active seat ventilation and massage function in the front seats come as standard features.<\/p>\n\n

The all-new BMW XM 50e also includes a modern infotainment system \u2013 the BMW Head-up Display and the latest BMW Live Cockpit Professional with a 12.3\u201d Control Display running the latest BMW Operating System, which opens up a greater range of personalisation options. The BMW IconicSounds Electric enables emotionally engaging drive sound even in locally emission-free driving mode. Another feature is smartphone integration, which allows the driver and passengers to wirelessly connect their mobile devices to the vehicle via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Drivers will benefit from the unbeatable package of features of Connected Package Professional, which ensures they are fully informed and receive the most recent traffic updates while on the road.<\/p>\n\n

BMW\/MINI Service Inclusive Packages continue to offer customers the benefits and premium quality of maintenance services delivered by skilled technicians with authentic BMW and MINI parts while being worry-free regarding maintenance costs. However, external factors relating to the global economy, such as continued inflation and rising interest rates throughout the world, have resulted in price adjustments for some packages \u2013 which will be maintained at the same prices until 31st October 2023.<\/p>\n\n

The BSI Ultimate package price for selected BMW models to be delivered beginning 1st November 2023, will be adjusted. Customers can choose to enjoy the BSI Standard package or upgrade to BSI Ultimate package which offers up to 5 years\/100,000 km of maintenance and an unlimited mileage warranty for up to 5 years. For BEV models, the BSI Ultimate package offers up to 6 years of unlimited mileage warranty and 8 years\/160,000 km warranty for the high-voltage battery for BEV Models.
