The award, presented by leading marketing publication Marketeer, has been recognising top brands in Thailand for the past 13 years.
The Marketeer No.1 Brand Thailand award received by BMW Thailand this year celebrates the company’s success in building a market-leading brand. It also emphasises BMW’s ongoing commitment to delivering cutting-edge automotive innovations and premium services to automobile users in Thailand. This commitment demonstrates in the company’s diverse range of vehicles, all adhering to the concept of ‘Sheer Driving Pleasure’ and ‘Customer Centricity’, which resonate strongly with Thai consumers and contribute to their confidence in the BMW brand.

The Marketeer No.1 Brand Thailand awards have been organised annually by Marketeer Co., Ltd. for 13 consecutive years to recognise various brands in Thailand and celebrate the personnel who play a crucial role in building their organisation’s brand to be number one in Thai consumers’ hearts. The awards are presented to successful brands across 81 categories, covering consumer products, services, and premium automotive brands such as BMW. This year, Marketeer partnered with Marketing Move Co., Ltd. and Faculty of Business Administration, Thammasat University. to enhance the survey results for greater accuracy, based on the attitudes of a sample group of 6,000 consumers nationwide from January to April 2024.
Earlier this year, BMW Group Thailand secured 14 prestigious awards from The Car Bike of the Year 2024 event, hosted by Grand Prix International PCL., for the BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands. The company was also selected as the number one favourite automotive company in the automotive business group for the sixth consecutive year, receiving the Thailand’s Most Admired Company award from BrandAge magazine. Furthermore, in 2023, BMW Group Thailand achieved its highest-ever Net Promoter Score (NPS) in both sales and after-sales service, with scores of 94 and 90 respectively, showing consistent improvement over the past four years.
