Chonburi. BMW Thailand, as Official Partner of Thailand Classic, has congratulated and awarded the BMW iX xDrive40 to Mr. Oliver Hundebøll. The 23-year-old professional golfer from Denmark hit a hole-in-one on the par three 13th hole during the final round and received the keys to his new ride from BMW Thailand’s Director of Marketing, Khun Preecha Ninatkiattikul. After the four days of competition, Hundebøll finished in tied 33rd place. His fellow Danish professional Thorbjørn Olesen claimed his seventh DP World Tour title and took the trophy with a brilliant four-shot lead over Yannik Paul (GER). The tournament took place from February 16 – 19, at Amata Spring Country Club, Chonburi, after a seven-year absence since its tournament in 2016, in Thailand.
The Thailand Classic is a World Class tournament, joined by 132 professional golfers. The DP World Tour hosts nearly 40 tournaments in 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and
Australasia. The collaboration between the BMW Group and the DP World Tour is recognized as one of the longest and most successful partnerships
in international professional golf, provided engagement a role as a global golf supporter and BMW Group Thailand is excited to contribute and extend this tournament.
