The new BMW 330e M Sport
Price: 2,999,000 THB (VAT and BSI Standard incl.)
The 3 Series, a longstanding staple in BMW’s lineup, takes another step into the future with the arrival of the new BMW 330e M Sport. This sporty and sophisticated plug-in hybrid sedan is bringing enhancements on both fronts with a major battery upgrade, the latest BMW Operating System, and further enhancements to its understated, athletic looks.
The headline change in the new BMW 330e M Sport is its new 22.3kWh high-voltage battery, which now supports higher capacity charging at up to 11 kW and cuts down the full charge time from 3 hours 45 minutes to just 2 hours and 15 minutes. The all-electric range (WLTP) has also massively improved over the previous 330e with the new model capable of reaching 85-101 kilometres in zero-emission mode.
The new battery is part of the proven plug-in hybrid powertrain that comprises a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder inline petrol engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology with 135 kW / 184 hp power output, a 80 kW / 109 hp electric motor, and 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission. In total, the new BMW 330e M Sport delivers up to 215 kW / 292 hp of power and 420 Nm torque to its rear wheels. The included Sport Boost function is always on hand to provide a 10-second burst of sporty acceleration, while Adaptive M suspension ensures precision and confidence for every driving surface and condition.
On the outside, the new BMW 330e M Sport elevates the model’s dynamic presence with new 19-inch M alloy wheels in double-spoke Bicolour design that deliver visual accents to go with M Sport Pro parts elsewhere on the body – including M Lights Shadowline for the adaptive LED Headlights up front, a side profile lit up by M High-gloss Shadowline with Extended Contents, and M rear spoiler at the back. An electrical glass roof and red high-gloss brake callipers provide stylish finishing touches that underline the new 330e’s sporty credentials.
The refreshed interior accentuates the vehicle’s driver-focused nature with a new flat-bottom M leather steering wheel sitting in front of the Luxury instrument panel. As expected, plenty of M-inspired touches can be found across the interior space – including M seatbelts to go with front sport seats, Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite M trim on interior surfaces, and more. The new BMW 330e M Sport also ships with BMW Operating System 8.5 – with this latest version of the software providing more intuitive access to settings and features across the board – and BMW Iconic Sounds Electric, available for the first time in the new BMW 330e M Sport, to deliver satisfying engine notes from the integrated Harman Kardon surround sound system while driving in all-electric mode. For safety and convenience, the vehicle is fitted with a wide range of driving assistance features – including Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, Parking Assistant Plus, Acoustic Protection for Pedestrians, and more.
The new BMW 330e M Sport is available in Brooklyn Grey Metallic, Portimao Blue Metallic (both with the new leather Vernasca upholstery and black décor stitching), Mineral White Metallic, and Black Sapphire Metallic (both with leather Vernasca upholstery and mocha décor stitching).

One of the 3 Series’ big brothers, the BMW M3 Competition M xDrive Touring, is also receiving an exciting refresh. Still an exceptional combination of track-worthy performance and everyday urban utility, this updated edition runs even further with the concept with more power on tap and more dynamic appeal throughout.
As BMW’s top-of-the-line petrol-powered Touring model, the new BMW M3 Competition M xDrive Touring more than lives up to its billing with an astoundingly powerful 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology. Now upgraded to produce 20 more horsepower at a peak of 390 kW / 530 hp and with torque as high as 650 Nm at 2,750-5,730 rpm, this engine pairs nicely with 8-speed M Steptronic Sport transmission with Drivelogic for power delivery to all four wheels, resulting in
a lightning-fast 0-100 km/h time of 3.6 seconds. Thanks to the included M Driver’s Package, the M3 Competition Touring’s top speed is raised to 280 km/h.
The BMW M xDrive all-wheel-drive system enables fully variable torque split between the front and rear axles to deliver handling characteristics best suited to current driving conditions, while Boost Control functionality maximizes the new M3 Competition Touring’s acceleration by preparing the drivetrain on demand. Equipped as standard with an M compound brake system, drivers can opt for even greater stopping power with the M Carbon ceramic brake upgrade.
Newly designed Adaptive LED headlights with dark inner accents from the M Lights Shadowline package sit up front of the new BMW M3 Competition M xDrive Touring, flanking the vertical BMW kidney grille with its M-signature horizontal double bars. With the flared, muscular wheel arches down below and roof rails in M high-gloss Shadowline up top still retained from the previous model, the refreshed edition adds to the look with new 19- and 20-inch M forged wheels in double-spoke style with either Black, Bicolour Black or Orbit Grey finish. The M Carbon exterior package brings out the car’s racetrack-inspired character even further with elements such as front air intake inlays, rear diffuser, and mirror caps.
M styling cues continue on the inside, led by the new flat-bottom M steering wheel. Decorated with Carbon Fibre trim, the three-spoke wheel radiates a sense of forward momentum with a prominent red mark at the 12 o’clock position. The M carbon bucket front seats ensure equal excitement and dynamism on every journey for both the driver and passenger – with the M Carbon Fibre interior trim finishers providing a stylish finishing touch to the sporty vibe. A full suite of driving assistance technologies is also present on board with quick, intuitive access from the revised interface of BMW Operating System 8.5.

The new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure
Estimated price: 1,250,000 – 1,350,000 THB
The legend built for all adventures returns with the new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure – this time almost completely redesigned to take the concept of a long-distance, two-wheel explorer to new heights.
The legendary twin-cylinder boxer engine is once again at the heart of the new R 1300 GS Adventure. The new design, first introduced on the R 1300 GS, is much more compact than its predecessor thanks to a transmission located under the engine and a new arrangement of the camshaft drive. It generates 107 kW / 145 hp at 7,750 rpm with a maximum torque of 149 Nm at 6,500 rpm. This makes it by far the most powerful BMW boxer engine ever to be produced in series. With the new Automated Shift Assistant (ASA) on board, the clutch and gear shift are both automated to enable gear changes that feel simple and intuitive yet still in keeping with the emotional aspect of the ride.
At the center of the new suspension is the sheet metal shell main frame made of steel, which in addition to being significantly optimised in terms of installation space also offers higher levels of stiffness than the predecessor model. In place of the previous tubular steel construction, the new R 1300 GS Adventure now has an aluminium lattice tube rear frame made of aluminium tubes and forged parts. The EVO Telelever front wheel guide with flex element and the revised EVO Paralever rear wheel guide also provide even greater steering precision and riding stability. With the new electronic Dynamic Suspension Adjustment (DSA) system, the front and rear damping feature adjustable spring stiffness based on the selected riding mode, conditions, manoeuvres, and even compensates for load from the passenger or luggage. The new adaptive vehicle height control and vehicle height control comfort are available to offer fully automatic adjustment of the vehicle height to suit the operating conditions. The vehicle height is lowered by 30 mm when stationary and at low speeds.
The new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure comes with 4 riding modes – an upgrade over its predecessor’s 3. The “Rain” and “Road” riding modes allow riding characteristics to be adapted to most road conditions. With the “Eco” riding mode it is possible to achieve the maximum range on a single tank of fuel, while the additional riding mode “Enduro” enables an enhanced riding experience off the beaten track with a specific set-up for off-road use. The new R 1300 GS Adventure is also equipped with Dynamic Cruise Control (DCC) with braking function as standard. The Riding Assistant offers a wide range of extra functions – including Active Cruise Control (ACC), Front Collision Warning (FCW) and Lane Change Warning.
The R 1300 GS Adventure’s new look stands out with the 30-liter sheet-aluminium fuel tank, which is largely uncovered. The sheer width of the tank inspires confidence and provides effective frontal weather protection. The large windshield, combined with the two large transparent wind deflectors, also provides effective protection from the wind and weather, making for a uniquely quiet and comfortable ride, even on long journeys. Rubberised tank trays to the left and right of the upper tank covers are also standard. They provide non-slip, secure storage for utensils during stops.
Up front, the new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure sports a new full LED headlamp in new matrix design with integrated daytime running light and two extra-flat auxiliary headlamps, while LED light units with newly designed LED turn indicators – integrated in the hand protectors at the front, function-integrated at the rear – round of the lighting features on the bike.
The new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure will be available in 4 thrilling profiles which are Triple Black (Manual Transmission), GS Trophy (Manual Transmission), Option 719 Karakorum (Manual Transmission), and Option 719 ASA (Automatic Transmission).
